Even after a late night on a holiday weekend he found time to see us and quickly diagnosed the issue with our moped. He was very transparent, communicated clearly and promptrly what the issues were and gave us unambiguous numbers when it came to pricing. After just a few hours he had it up and running. We´ll be coming back to Big T´S in the future without a doubt.

Big T responded quickly to my concerns over the Google Messages and was able to quickly diagnose and repair my lawn mower. Seems pretty knowledgeable about all things small engines and dirt bikes. Haven´t yet tested out the lawn mower but when he gave us quick start up, it seemed to be running good unlike before when it would hesitate. He replaced my oil, filter and cleaned out the carbs and replaced the spark plug for a decent amount and got it done within 30 minutes. Thanks a lot man! Does your repair come with warranty? I just forgot to ask that after i left... Thank you.
